With over 20 years of experience as a leader and pioneer within the sports youth development world, Caroline has been at the forefront of advancing equity and inclusion, and addressing systemic inequalities in soccer. She has worked tirelessly to promote opportunities for girls and women of any backgrounds to be represented in all levels of sports. Understanding the power of collaboration, Caroline has brought together community leaders, policymakers, and business leaders to have dialogues, find common ground and develop relationships.
